THE “ARSONIST” TAKEDOWN

While we are on our takedown kick, I might as well mention the Arsonist, the evil twin of the Fireman‘s Carry, popularized by @OneJudoka. Good for when you have the over hook and access to step behind your opponents leg. Getting your head tight to his chest and scooping around the inside thigh, you should be able to pick him up right off the ground if you’re strong enough. Otherwise a lift and a trip will do. If he steps back, there is also the option of the ankle pick.
